Bugfix

- Fixed a database structure bug where the unix stamps would be rounded unwillingly ( floats are unreliable )
- Added a way to update the database structure
- Fixed a bug that caused the console being unable to ban players using mbsync
- Fixed a bug that would cause unbanned users to be unbanned again when someone would unban them
- msg function is now able to send messages to in-game people and the console
- commands have been fixed for the new structure
- Fixed bug in msync_version table that caused modules being unable to save their database version ( all users are advised to drop that table and restart their servers )
