Appium Dashboard Session Problems

Hi,

I have two problems and I couldn't solve them. Can you help me ?

1. Session is created, but although the session delete operation is successful, the device still appears busy.
2. When I open the Appium dashboard "UnknownError: An unknown server-side error occurred while processing the command. Original error: SQLITE_READONLY: attempt to write a readonly database" ı see this error message.
3. I didn't see any device on appium dashbord
