Can we add the capabilities just use deviceName and platformVersion without udid

I needed to run the test without a specific udid, so I just added the device name and platform version. Can device-farm only detect devices by that capability?

@firmansyahrosid Plugin does not need any of these caps, it will pick a available device based on platform.
