Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It seems to be impossible if you are a screen reader/keyboard user to get annotations read aloud/tabbed on, while you are scrolling through the document.
Currently you need to get out of the document and into the sidebar, in order to read the annotation, which causes you to lose the context of the annotation inside the document with no way to quickly get back where you left off.
Just as the arrow that pops up when you click on an annotation shows you the comment associated with it (check the gif), it would be nice if there was a way to quickly tab to the annotation, read the comment and return to the document, where you left off.
Describe the solution you'd like
Annotations being tabbable and having a quick reference to the comment that is written on the annotation, as well as the type of annotation (comment, underline, strikethrough etc.).
There should also be a quick way to get back at the position of the annotation in the document with a Shift + Tab or with some type of quick link after the comment
Why is this feature important to your users?
In order to meet high accessibility standards I believe this feature to be quite a big improvement for keyboard and screen reader users.
