[Bug] Webviewer showing markReplaceTextToolButton in Read only mode

The current behavior
Webviewer showing markReplaceTextToolButton in Read only mode
The expected behavior
Webviewer should only show pan Button in Read Only mode
Steps to reproduce
Open any document and right click while it is loading. You will see two tools, one pan tool and markReplaceTextTool. There seemed to be misspelling in the AnnotationCreateMarkReplaceText in initialState.js due to which it was not switching between enable/disable tool mode in the createToolApi
