[Bug] Divider can not be enabled/disabled analog to other UI Elements

The current behavior
It's not possible to hide/show divider programmatically via disableElements. This is not consistent with enabled/disabling other UI elements.

The expected behavior
It should be able to enable/disable divider (when they have a dataElement attribute) analog to other UI elements via disableElements / enableElements.

Steps to reproduce
Use disableElements() to hide divider.
