Incorrect ExposureCheckToken creation #39

Describe the bug
When exposure is detected, ExposureCheckToken is created with DateTime() as createdAt value.
Expected behaviour
ExposureCheckToken should be created with actual exposure date if exists

This causes incorrect display of fragment_exposed_next_steps_link.xml and cleanup of expired data. Possible exposure notification is displayed for longer than actually necessary.
