Help with building #84

Hi there. I'm currently running Windows 10 and the latest version of Aquaria on Steam. As I have zero skills when it comes to coding, I'm at a genuine loss as to how to proceed with building Aquaria and would appreciate any help. I'm very desperate to figure this out as it appears to be the only way to get the mod downloader, which in turn is the only way to get many mods that are otherwise completely lost. Thank you.
