This is a draft of the ELCOM manual. It is being written using Quarto and will be published as a Quarto book.

The ELCOM manual is a work in progress. It is being written by the ELCOM development team and is intended to be a comprehensive guide to using ELCOM for hydrodynamic and thermodynamic modeling of stratified water bodies.
The manual will cover the following topics:

- Introduction to ELCOM
- Setting up an ELCOM simulation
- Running an ELCOM simulation
