doc/rados: edit troubleshooting-osd.rst

Make minor changes to the "Debugging Slow Requests" section of
doc/rados/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-osd.rst in preparation
for an expansion of this section in response to a reqeust from Joel
Davidow.
