Create a Settings Menu

The Settings Menu should:

• Open in a new tab or window
• Have the option to select what browser you want external links to open in
• Have the option to select what you want the default landing page to be.
• Have the option to run the application as an Administrator when opening
• Have the option to select whether you want the app to open when you log in to your computer
• Have the option to pair/select whatever controllers you want to use for the game
• Have the option to choose what your default theme is
• Have the option to enable/disable automatic updates
• Have the option to change your default language
• In the future, you should be able to map buttons to certain key inputs for any/all controllers.
