I would like to ask if it's possible to use this model to input the genomic sequences of several dozen species and then process these sequences with the model to obtain the evolutionary relationships among these species?

Hello! We have not explored predicting evolutionary relationships from sequence. I imagine the model has learned some concepts of phylogenetic relatedness from sequence, however this is not something we have looked at. I'll be curious to know.
