Hello thank you for your kind words. We plan to release the full set of evaluations with the paper

If there are specific evaluations of interest do let us know so we know what notebook/examples may be of greatest interest to the community before then

Hi - not the original asker, but also interested in the evaluation.

I'm especially interested in the availability of the data for zero-shot variant effect prediction. Would it be easy to share the protein DMS data for example (with nucleotide sequences)?

(I saw that a version of the ncRNA dataset was made available here already - assuming this is the same as for Evo2?)

Yes this is the same ncRNA data as for Evo 2. We will update the github when additional DMS data are ready
