I'm very interested in the embedding classification downstream tasks you described, such as Exon/intron classification. Will the code for creating the embedding and training the underlying models be available? Which models did you use?

We will be releasing code for SAEs and for exon/intron classification, which should help with creating, concatenating, and pooling embeddings
