web generator: make ID clickable instead of having a "View" column?

On the NASSA meeting of 4/10/2022, Iza Romanowska suggested:
'the ID should be a clickable link - the same as the "view"'

A clickable ID could replace the need for a "View" column and leave space for displaying other relevant info (e.g. authors).
