Windows 7 support

The last release build version 0.3.0 stopped working on Windows 7.
Is it possible to make a build that would work on Win 7 (standalone-win64-0.3.0 and vst-win64-0.3.0)?

Here, I've dropped the Windows runtime version to v142, let me know if it works for you.

What is "v142"?

It's a runtime version. Latest plugin was compiled against runtime v143. Runtime v142 should be compatible with Windows 7 (but I have no means to check this).
What is the error message you get?
Also, make sure you have the required runtime DLLs installed: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

I've had installed VC redist v14.44.35211.
I get this error message: "The entry point to the procedure GetSystemMetricsForDpi was not found in the library DLL USER32.dll".
The same was with the v143 build.

I see, thanks. It seems to come from the JUCE update that requires Windows 10 minimum now.
I've recompiled with JUCE 7, let me know if it works for you:
