param metadata is missing #140
Description
It would make sense to have param metadata like other ArduPilot parameters.
And param_parse.py should be used to automatically generate a https://firmware.ardupilot.org/ArduRemoteID/1.3/apm.pdef.xml file and whatever other files required for the wiki.
This would help out the users.
