Dynamic color assignment, connection issue healing

- Remove hardcoded color assignments for design options
- Automatic reconnect after 5 empty stationboard requests
- Automatic reconfigure/reconnect if station ID is empty
- Try to fetch station ID on boot up to three times
- Reorder functions for better grouping
