Add common eslint config support

Hello! This is exactly what we're looking for in a project I'm working on. However, it seems there's no way to configure the file names. If I'm reading the source correctly, there's a hardcoded list that gets ignored. We use .story. instead of .stories., so we're not able to use this plugin.

Would it be possible to support files and ignores configuration per eslint docs? I've looked through the closed issues and couldn't find this question exactly, sorry if it is in fact a duplicate. If you're open to the idea, I'd be willing to make a PR

This could be changed, but I guess a more eslint way to fix this is to have a config like this:

import reactRefresh from "eslint-plugin-react-refresh";

export default [
  {
    // in main config for TSX/JSX source files
    plugins: {
      "react-refresh": reactRefresh,
    },
    rules: {
      "react-refresh/only-export-components": "error",
    },
  },
  {
    files: ["**/*.story.tsx"],
    rules: {
      "react-refresh/only-export-components": "off",
    },
  },
];
