Error web installer

Hello, I want to install it via the web, but it gives an error. The second time I try to install, the installation page appears but just keeps loading. The D1 Mini Pro board’s onboard LED flashes blue and it gets hot. Could you please guide me?

Does the ESP get hot? Have you shorted something by accident? Else it might be a defective board. Do you have more than one ESP to try with?
