Add Support Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense, outdated plugin Razer.

Hello, I have tried using Artemis for the RGB control of a Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense, but from the list of compatible devices in the Artemis plugin/SDK and other cases on GitHub, this do not support any RAZER devices manufactured since late 2020, It would be tough for such a complete app like Artemis to fall behind just because of outdated compatibility with a popular brand's plugin/SDK like Razer.

It depends on a new release of RGB.Net and after that a new release of this plugin.
Support is in Dev Branch there:
DarthAffe/RGB.NET#421
