[BUG] Artemis does not install SteelSeries Apex Pro ISO layout rightly

Here is the layout.

We have the ISO Version, as you can check in the layout:

Artemis installed the following layout:

It makes the lighting work for all keys but the # key:

We manually installed the right layout version and removed the wrong layout:

And it is working now:

Why is Artemis installing the wrong layout?
