Use of the 9th DB15 Pin #3
Description
I noticed in the Undamned USB Decoder spec sheet that it technically has pin 9 unused, but I've seen a few posts online of people using that for a D or W button.

I also noticed in the README for this that you had N/A = 8 presses in the BUTTON REMAPPING AND AUTOFIRE part, is that utilizing the 9th pin on the DB15 port? Or is that just a catch-all for if the user presses the button too many times?
I tried reading through the .ino file, but it's a bit above my level for Arduino's C variant.
