near constant crashing

ive been using textractor for a couple months now with no problem but just recently its started to crash within a few minutes of starting it up with almost the same error code every time. does anyone have a solution for this or know what the error means? thanks.

If you haven't tried already, try reinstalling textractor.
if that doesn't work googling the error code lead me to this which might help
