is there any code to remove Japanese words with regex filtrer?

my problem is that when i run aokana perfect edition (vr nekonyan) and i get a lot of hooks but i found one where i get the translation but i get a lot of japanese words next to it

I use the "Regex Replacer" extension with these lines (please note that I purposely remove the names):
