The stoplight emoji are not accessible for colorblind users, but the "text" and "unicode" replacements for these are difficult to understand at a glance.

I've written a P.R. to introduce an "accessible" emoji set that uses distinct symbols for each condition:

I'd really prefer to see this change made to the default
emojiset, because it would help more organizations provide clear results to colorblind engineers like myself, but I didn't want to step on anyone's toes by simply replacing the default. Please try it out and see if it works for you. -
I included a change to the up arrow that aligns it with the visual language of the down arrow; this isn't strictly necessary, but I feel it gives a more cohesive experience where screen readers will apply parallel language to describe the orientation of the arrow. I'd be happy to take this out if it's not productive.
Additional context
I have one of the most common forms of colorblindness, and the current stoplight icons for "green" and "red" aren't easy for me to tell apart.
