Stoplight emoji are not accessible for colorblind users #442

Idea

The stoplight emoji are not accessible for colorblind users, but the "text" and "unicode" replacements for these are difficult to understand at a glance.

Description

I've written a P.R. to introduce an "accessible" emoji set that uses distinct symbols for each condition:

#441

Alternatives

  1. I'd really prefer to see this change made to the default emoji set, because it would help more organizations provide clear results to colorblind engineers like myself, but I didn't want to step on anyone's toes by simply replacing the default. Please try it out and see if it works for you.

  2. I included a change to the up arrow that aligns it with the visual language of the down arrow; this isn't strictly necessary, but I feel it gives a more cohesive experience where screen readers will apply parallel language to describe the orientation of the arrow. I'd be happy to take this out if it's not productive.

Additional context

I have one of the most common forms of colorblindness, and the current stoplight icons for "green" and "red" aren't easy for me to tell apart.
