Yes, it like the idea too but there is actually no solution with As Built Report for translate... (See AsBuiltReport/AsBuiltReport.Core#35)

AsBuiltReport.Core 1.5.0+ now adds multilingual support to the AsBuiltReport framework. Refer to the developer guide for how to implement additional languages for report modules.
