The spmi PMU nodes on the M4 Max/M3 Ultra Mac Studio are named like "spmi-chapelL1-b" and no longer match the "*pmu*" property type annotation. Add another one for "spmi-*" with "pmu,spmi" compatible. Signed-off-by: Janne Grunau <j@jannau.net>

The ADT parsing issues became apparent while looking at the M3 Ultra/M4 Max Mac Studio and M5 Macbook Pro device trees.
