Transfer message history from Signal CLI to Signal Android?

Hello,
For a long time I used Signal CLI and i linked three devices to it, all on Linux. They are Signal Desktop instances. Everything worked fine. I did it, because I didn't have a smartphone.

Now last night, Signal Desktop got an update to 7.22. There is a database bug, which - I guess - caused the whole message history to be deleted. I wrote an issue on the github page for Signal desktop to this matter last night.

Now, my question is: Can i somehow, find and transfer my whole message history from signal cli to a smartphone, i mean to a Signal Android instance? What would happen, if I just register my phone number on an Android device? Will al conversations from 2 or 3 years, all be completely gone?

How could I save my complete message history?

I would be so happy for any ideas.

Now at the moment, I still cannot use Signal, since the error is still existing.
