Changing certain account settings like generating link previews

For example it would be nice if we could set these settings directly from signal-cli:

• Generate link previews
• Read receipts
• Typing indicators

I'm not aware of any other such settings but there could be more.

Those settings can already be changed with the updateConfiguration command.
