enhancement: make item depositing/withdrawing more user friendly

Description

This is a two part enhancement.

-- If withdrawing stacked items in bank, and you select a quantity above what your inventory can hold, it still withdraw as much as possible before giving the 'not enough slots' message. (Currently it withdraws none if you ask for too many)

-- If depositing items which will end up stacking in the bank (even if they don't stack in inventory) and more than 1 of the item is in our inventory we show the slider bar window to deposit multiple at a time

Intended Use-Case

More user friendly banking for players. This should also probably apply to selling and bagging but banking is the biggest concern at the moment.
