Feature: Equipped items disappear from inventory

Currently, equipped items simply display an "E" over the icon. It doesn't make sense for an equipped item to continue to appear in the inventory and take up a slot.

I propose that equipped items appear in the character window, but disappear from the inventory. When the player decides to unequip the item, it would reappear in the inventory.
