Update VRIK and HIGGS to latest version for add PLANCK support

I manually updated VRIK to 0.8.4 and HIGGS to 1.10.5 and this can support PLANCK 0.7.1, please add this to wabbajack package for more immersive expirience for new Enderal enjoyers
