XML documentation for string variables #31
Description
In particular, we should have XML documentation for ascii strings under a certain length that don't contain any new lines, tabs, nor control characters.
The AssemblyDumper XML implementation could be moved to AssetRipper.CIL, which has gradually become my extension package for AsmResolver.
