聊天记忆增强重构位群聊上下文感知后，启用图片理解必须设置默认图片转述模型，可是设置默认图片转述模型会导致所有场景（包括私聊）的图片也强制经过模型转述。

应像原先版本一样区分默认图片转述模型和用于群聊图片理解的转述模型。

Reproduce / 如何复现？

这是私聊场景下的，可以看见虽然我的聊天模型是支持图片输入的，但是由于设置了默认图片转述模型（为了支持群聊图片理解），依然不得不经过模型转述得到最终响应。
