Add ability to give sympathy to players

Right now, players can give only described likes/dislikes to players. The plugin should provide alternative to this method.

There's should be pre-defined set of events:

• Grief - -1 rating
• Gave resources - +1 rating
• etc

Players will be able to open gui and press on one of those events
