Replace "wallet API" with "cardano-db-sync" or "cardano-graphql" #9
Description
At the moment the SPRD.exe uses the wallet API because it's already there for the users when they have installed Daedalus.
But this API is limited to in-network parameters and active stake.
In the future we should use the cardano-db-sync or when released the cardano-graphql
