good hacking cafes and bars

I feel like we should have a list of a couple good bars and cafes for hacking to continue after-hours. Ideally they have wifi, don't mind geeks, and you can spread out on tables. Should be near venue(s).

I can add cafes and perhaps hotels as layers on the map, which we could embed on the website. I might have to do some more in-person research at some of the bars to be sure I recommend them. ;)

Oliver Zahn and I tried to solve the "where to hack in Berkeley" problem in 2015, and didn't succeed. The problem is finding a place with good wifi that can guarantee enough table space. In-person research is needed, I think!

Upstairs of PiQ may not be the worst. I think they have beer(?). Arbor Cafe is good, but too far from campus. ... will ask around...

Some ideas:

• If we get a large table at Triple Rock, we could easily hack there. I can bring my hotspot but I believe airbears works there.
• The lobby of Hotel Shattuck is a great place since it has nice cocktails, wifi and open till 1:45 ish.
