What about adding the option to invite people not present on the platform.

Let's say that I search for tomasnorre and the use isn't created but a valid GitHub username, an option that could be added is to invite user.

I know we need to consider how to avoid spam, but this could be "solved" with a one time only invite, so if the user is already invited, the result could be pending invitation instead of an invitation option.

Just an idea.

If the user at least exists in our database already we will show this, depending on if you are signed in or not.
