Move Fungus examples to separate project on 2nd repo #4

Definitely need to remove the Sherlock stuff.
Unsure about the rest of the demos? Do we have license to redistribute the art and such?

The Demos are a source of much of the trouble I suspect... most of the audio and possibly trademarked materials is in them.
I want to remove them all, and make them available as a separate package on the 2nd repo.
This would make Fungus-lite the default edition, which has the added advantage of reducing the core package size to under 4mb (>70mb with demos).
