Suggestion for AV1 Plugin Integration in AtlasOS

Hello everyone,

I wanted to bring up a suggestion that could enhance AtlasOS, particularly for users who are looking for better video performance.

Given the increasing use of the AV1 codec for streaming on platforms like YouTube, I think it would be beneficial to add an option for installing the AV1 plugin developed by Microsoft. This plugin would enable hardware-accelerated decoding and encoding of AV1 content on newer GPUs, improving video playback efficiency and reducing CPU load.

This could be a great addition for those with modern hardware and would further optimize AtlasOS for users who prioritize performance and smooth streaming experiences.
