Add information on allowable uses of ALA labs content

At the moment people can view ALA labs, but we don't make clear that re-use is ok. A possible set of useful additions to each post might include:

- DOI via Zenodo (optional)
- Licence information (q: what licence?)
- Session info for improved re-usabilty

It might also be worth adding some text to the homepage about re-use
