Move publishing to gh-pages branch #64
Description
The current ALA website has a lot of moving parts - too many for collaborating. Inevitably over the back-and-forth of editing posts, someone accidentally pushes an html or json file change (because they previewed the website) that creates one or more merge conflicts. Fixing these conflicts is onerous and avoidable. Moving rendering to a different branch could mean avoiding any _site/ and _freeze files altogether.
