add taxon rank to species object

Current species objects include the following core attributes: scientific name, common name, GUID, and display name. To improve long‑term taxon matching — especially as GUIDs are frequently updated during name refresh processes — the proposal is to add taxon rank to the species object. Including taxon rank will help the data team reliably match and validate taxa over time.
