Steps to reproduce

1. Change your system timezone to Wellington, New Zealand.
2. Go to https://biocollect.ala.org.au/mm2/bioActivity/edit/edf03fc6-f26f-419d-b032-b212d11099cb
3. Compare with date on https://biocollect.ala.org.au/mm2/bioActivity/index/edf03fc6-f26f-419d-b032-b212d11099cb

The timezone for showing date is hard coded to Melbourne/Sydney/Canberra timezone. This should be the timezone of the user.
