Colors are broken on web IC when typed manually. #276
Description
As of the lastest update, all forms of colors are broken on web when utilizing the appropiate formatting.
How to reproduce the issue (Client vs Web)
- Utilizing the color selector works as usual
- Utilizing the coloring characters (such as "|" ) does not

this is especially bad when dealing with certain server features such as /rainbow in which the output will be complete gibberish for web:
Previously, this was only a problem in OOC, but not IC.
Though, if possible as an additional suggestion, it may be valuable to also make coloring characters not show in OOC as well, though this is just an optional suggestion
