Can we change view of this error: AsyncRouteLoadError

Currently we can see  error like this: 

"A Server error has occurred
Error Stack: ......
"

Now, We need to change view of this page?

As, I can see on paw js components folder -> AsyncRouteLoadError.jsx this file.

So I need to change view with our HTML. is there any way to implement it? Please suggest us.
