Where do we put images? PDFs? Other relevant files?

As in what CDN to use? Most documents can probably just be delivered by GitHub Pages for now as I don't expect the files to be large enough to cause problems for git. At scale we could just use Cloudflare unless there's some reason not to. I think their free plan would be enough for us
