Describe the issue
During this round I had activated the psionic activator. Then, at some point I got my hands on a DNA injector (Xray). I planned to experiment on myself with it, but put it in my pocket. Once it was in the pocket, it wouldn't leave, no matter how many times I clicked the sprite, but it was still recognized.
How to reproduce
I don't know what caused it to stick.
Get an injector and put it in your pocket?
