Some kind of Memory Leak when Fortnite hangs on Startup

the launcher has some kind of memory leak when starting fortnite, but fortnite hangs during startup, this happened to me on Season 18

I'm pretty sure to reproduce this error you have to use a custom http dll named "Starfall" it messes with the EOSSDK and that causes the game to freeze, theres probably some loop in your code that keeps writing temp data to memory until fortnite started?
